I am looking for several parts to an Emco Unimat #3 My great friend Ira gave me thats GAVE me a Unimat 3 Mill and Lathe complete machines not attachment mill. Although the mill is missing the splined hand lever to lower and raise the quill and the spurr gear for the fine adjustment feed on the mill. I also need a chuck key for an Emco chuck the kind that goes through the side of the chuck and engages with the circular ring gear inside. I am a machinest and welder owning my owne shop in West Palm Beach FL. Whare can I find these parts? George
I too need some parts for an Austrian made EMCO Miniature Lathe.
A friend bought an odd lot of goods at a Denver,CO. flea market and when he got home wit it and looked it over, he found that it was missing a Spindle Locking Lever/Rod/Handle?
There was no manual either. If I could find one to purchase; I would buy the part and a copy of the manual (even if it is a reproduction), bsrring that, if someone has one of each for sale; please feel free to contact me.If a print/dimensioned drawing of the locking lever is available I buy it.
On another subject: I bought a MicroLux 7"X10" Lathe from Micro-Mark.
In addition to its routine tasks, I would like to fabricate an attachment/accessory/adapter that will allow me to convert my lathe into a "tracer" lathe for short run productions.
Somebody has probably already accomplished this task or there has been an article published on the subject. All help will be appreciated.
We're working on some posts for our foundation, and a lathe is the only way I can get the posts down to the right diameter. Can anyone recommend a good indianapolis foundation repair company to help us put them in? The posts are already cut.
