How to Use the industrial Catalog

You will need Adobe Reader to view this catalog online. If you don't have it, just click on this Adobe Acrobat link and you can download it free.

To get started on the Industrial e-commerce site, click here to go to the Index. At the index you can enter a page number or you can click on any letter to take you to the page listing for that letter.  Just click on the page number that you want to see.

Now your page is presented on the screen. When you find the item you want, just click on the part number highlighted in blue (your cursor will turn into a pointing finger). The information on that part number will come up, including the quantity in stock. Indicate how many you want and click on Add to Order. Now you have the option to Continue Shopping or to Preview Order.

When you preview the order and it is displayed, just enter your company information (your account number should be your phone number) including PO number and your name. You can then return to Catalog Index if you want to add more items. When you are done, just click Send to email the order to us. It's that simple.

NOTE: We must have a PO number (even if it is Verbal-Your Name) and your complete name to process the order.

Shipping

Standard UPS charges will be added to your order. Truck shipments will be billed at the actual freight charge or shipped collect, if requested.

Payment Options

You don't need passwords or account numbers to use the site because none of your personal information is stored there. This means that there is no risk to you. We will process the order in-house just like any other order from you. If you are a net 30 customer in good standing, the order will be invoiced. If you have a credit card on file, we will charge it. Just tell us in the 'Notes' window how you want the order handled.
