Company Profile

We are a family owned business that was started in 1981 by founder and president Paul Stonestreet with the help of Linda, his wife and partner.

Paul attended the Colorado School of Trades for gunsmithing. This led him to start Blue Ridge Machinery and Tools to supply lathes, mills, and other machines plus the tooling for gunsmithing and machine shop work.

As the business grew, new products were added for the home shop machinist and hobbyist:  PM Research Kits along with an extensive inventory of reference books and instructional books and videos.

Blue Ridge has also expanded to provide a wide variety of larger machine shop and industrial equipment including CNC machinery.
